Man Is Just Like An Onion

Man is just like an onion.
You peel layers of thought, feeling, and finally,
what do you find? A nothing.

Loneliness is dangerous. It's addicting.
Once you see how peaceful it is,

soothes the mind and gives it rest,
heals the heart and makes it whole,
flows from heaven to the soul.

Music is the balm...That heals the forlorn ache of a distant star...

Eliminate Violence...

"If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation,
we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation."

The full moon appears

At night
Deep in the mountains,
I sit in meditation

The affairs of men Never reach here;
Everything is quiet and empty

All the incense Has been swallowed up
By the endless night.
My robe has become A garment of dew.

Unable to sleep I walk out into the woods-

Above the highest peak,
The full moon appears.
